HMS PRB01 contains two sets of balls of different weights connected by rubber to the headband. Reflex balls are used to improve hitting technique (speed, coordination, accuracy).
The principle of training with the PRB01 is very simple, you put the headband on your head and try to keep the ball in the air by striking with a closed palm. You can use reflex balls for the training itself or as a warm-up before training on a punching bag or with a sparring partner.
