The DBX P1 Strength Harness is designed to increase the training load. In addition to the harness, you will also find an elastic expander and a strong strap in the package, which you can use according to your current needs.
The harness can be connected, for example, with a strap to a load sled to increase the physical load, or an expander to ladders to connect dynamic resistance. The expander and strap can be connected to increase the reach of the harness.

The harness is made of a strong polyester strap with a width of 5 centimeters. The front part of the harness has a width of 7.5 centimeters and is sewn from several layers for maximum strength. The horizontal strap has 4 layers and the shoulder straps have 2 layers. Behind the back, the harness has a length-adjustable strap with a robust buckle, if the length is adjusted correctly, you will be sure that the harness will not fall off even during intensive training. The harness is finished with 4 triangular shaped steel eyes. Shaped eyes load the straps evenly, prevent them from wrinkling and thus extend the life of the harness.

The expander is made of solid rubber wrapped in a polyester tube that protects the rubber from damage. The expander is 150 centimeters at rest and can be stretched up to 2.5 meters. Both ends are equipped with a carabiner - on one end for connection to the harness and on the other end to a fixed point (ladders, reinforcement structure, barbell rack). The expander can be used, for example, during training on a punching bag and wherever you want to train dynamics or limit forward movement.

The strong strap is 2 meters long, consists of 2 layers of polyester sewn together and, like the expander, has a carabiner at each end and is primarily used for pulling loads. The width of the strap is 2.5 centimeters.
