The weight vest HMS KTO08 is an ideal tool for training with your own weight. After being put on and turned on, the vest fits close to the body and thus can evenly increase the load during training of most exercises, from pull-ups on the bar, through push-ups to running.
The vest is made of neoprene, which is very comfortable to the touch and is also water-repellent. Sand is used as weight, so the vest has a fixed weight and cannot be adjusted.
