The Yoga Stretch 1800 strengthening rubber is a 180 cm long and 15 cm wide elastic band, the use of which during exercise improves the positive and negative strength of the gluteal, back and abdominal muscles in particular, their performance, strength, strength, range of motion and overall muscle coordination.
