Gyroscopic wrist booster with glowing LEDs. The principle is based on a rotor that serves as a flywheel. It is used to strengthen the wrists for various sports, but also for musicians (pianists, violinists) and for fun for the whole family.

Instructions for use
1 . Put the loop on your hand.
• Find the arrows on the core of the Wrist ball and turn the core with your thumbs
in the direction of the arrows as much as possible so that the spring causes the
core to spin.

2. Release your core by removing your thumb. The LED light
inside the Wrist ball lights up by spinning the core.

3. Rotate your wrist while the core in the Wrist ball
continues to rotate. With small circular movements of the wrist, you will
increase the revolutions of the core. When finished, let the kernel spin freely.
