IMPORTANT! – Safety requirements
- The stove may only be operated by an adult over the age of 18 according to this manual! When operating the stove, the operator must also respect general fire safety regulations!
- The stove must not be operated by children under any circumstances!
- The stove must be stored out of the reach of children.
- Caution: During operation of this product, air (oxygen) is consumed and carbon dioxide is produced. Do not ignite or use this appliance in unventilated areas, rooms, tents or vehicles. It is dangerous to use the stove to heat a closed space, there is a risk of inconspicuous carbon monoxide poisoning!
- It is forbidden to use the appliance in rooms and spaces below ground level!
- Use the stove only for the purpose for which was made (heating pots with liquids and food, grilling on a grill plate, preparing food in a special pan).
- Keep the product at a safe distance from flammable materials.
- A stove is required during operation place on a non-flammable mat and keep under supervision!
- Make sure all screw connections are tight before use. Carry out the leak check in a well-ventilated workshop, or outdoors, away from sources of ignition/ignition and out of reach of other people!
- The parts of the stove can be very hot! Keep out of reach of children! Before disassembling the system, make sure that all its parts are cold.
- Never use the product if any of its parts have been damaged or are missing. Do not use the cooker if it is leaking, damaged or if it is not working properly!
- If the appliance is not tight (smell of gas), immediately move it outside, to a place without open flames and with good ventilation, where it can be detected and stopped this leak. If you want to perform a leak (leakage) check of the appliance, do it outdoors. Do not detect leaks with an open flame, use a foaming (soap) solution!
- Change the pressure vessel (gas cartridge) outdoors, away from sources of ignition/ignition and out of reach of other people!
- The surface temperature of the gas cylinder must not exceed 40 °C!
- Any direct heating of the pressurized gas cylinder is prohibited in order to increase the evaporation capacity of the liquid gas!
- After connecting the stove to the gas cylinder, avoid tilting, turning and other manipulations with the gas cylinder, which would result in the liquid PB mixture swelling into the burner of the stove. After igniting the burner, as a result of the incomplete gasification of the liquid PB mixture, there would be a significant whipping of the blazing flame from the burner. After the liquid gas burns out, the size and intensity of the flame would return to the originally set values. The result is clogging of the nozzle (poor combustion), excessive tanning of stove components, soot formation and a greater risk of fire (the resulting flame cannot be controlled)!
- For safety reasons, do not modify any parts of the stove!
- It is forbidden to convert the appliance to a different type of gas!
- It is forbidden to place and use pressurized gas cylinders (even empty ones) in spaces below ground level!
- IMPORTANT NOTICE! Do not use containers wider than 45 cm in diameter and heavier than 3 kg!
. Connecting the cartridge to the cooker (see FIG. 1)
Before connecting the cartridge, insert the feet into the terminals in the cooker and secure them against falling out.
Cartridges are intended for the operation of this cooker manufactured according to EN 417, equipped with a self-sealing valve with a 7/16" connection thread".
Before connecting the cartridge, make sure that the sealing "O" ring is in perfect condition. If this part shows signs of wear, replace it. It is 12x8 mm in size. Use a sharp object to remove the worn gasket, a blunt object of the appropriate dimensions to seat the new gasket.
Check that the cooker control valve is fully closed - close by turning to the right.
Connect the cartridge to the cooker is only possible in an outdoor environment, out of reach of people and any source of ignition, i.e. open flame, electric discharge and the like.
After connecting the cooker to the cartridge, at least make sure by smell that this system is perfectly tight. Never do this with an open flame. If the system shows signs of leakage after assembly, disassemble the system and check the seals. If you are unable to remove the defect, disassemble the cooker and do not use it! Do not ignite it and do not approach an open fire or any other source of ignition.
The cooker and the cartridge are equipped with a right-hand thread for mutual connection. When attaching the cartridge to the cooker, it is necessary to proceed with the necessary care in order not to cross the threads (the so-called "screwing over the thread"), otherwise the cooker will be destroyed due to incorrect operation.
When screwing the cartridge onto the cooker, sound a faint hiss of gas by opening the bomb valve with the opening pin. With another turn, the seal will fit on the cartridge and ensure the tightness of the system. Further violent, unnecessary tightening leads to rapid wear of the seal, or to destroy the cooker thread! Occasional light smearing of the cooker thread with vaseline will significantly extend its life.
. Ignition and operation
Ensure the stove with the cartridge in a vertical position. Turn the gas cap to the left to open the gas supply. Use matches or a lighter to light the cooker. When igniting the flame, open the gas to full power.
If the cartridge has been in the cold and quiet for a long time, it must be thoroughly shaken before use, otherwise the flame will "take off" after lighting the stove for about one minute. If a cooking vessel is placed on the stove before lighting the flame, the mentioned phenomenon almost does not occur.
When using a completely new cartridge that has been exposed to heat for a long time, after lighting the stove, a massive yellowish flames. Immediately close the control valve to minimum until the flame subsides. This phenomenon will most certainly occur if the cartridge cooker is strongly tilted.
During operation, avoid boiling the liquid from the cooking container, otherwise it will be damaged or completely destroyed, as well as the cooker.
Do not leave the stove unattended during operation.
When operating the stove, keep a safe distance from flammable materials - at least 0.5 m. Do not place flammable objects on the stove.
If you are in doubt about the correct function of the product, do not use it and contact the seller or service.
. Stopping operation
Stopping operation is done by tightening the control valve to the right until the flame goes out. The cartridge can then be disconnected from the cooker by unscrewing.
In principle, perform this operation only after the cooker has completely cooled down.
The cartridge must never be removed from the cooker during operation! Always separate the cartridge from the stove after use, to prevent the cartridge from emptying due to a small leak. This can be caused by dirt that gets between the cooker and the cartridges. Therefore, keep this area clean.
4. Warning for emergency situations
If the flame blows outside the active part of the burner, immediately close the control valve and slightly tighten the cartridge to the cooker. If the flame continues to appear, extinguish it with a stream of water, which you usually have ready for heating. If the flame cannot be extinguished, throw away, or kick the cooker and cartridge to a safe place. Ensure that no one approaches the cooker at a distance of less than 20 m until the gas has burned out. Do not use the cooker afterwards!
5. Disassembling, cleaning and assembling the stove
The stove consists of two main parts: the valve body and the burner, which are connected to each other with a thread and sealed with an "O" ring. The disassembly of these parts is necessary in order to clean the nozzle. Even small clogging sharply reduces the performance of the stove.
Do not use needles and pins for cleaning, as this damages the nozzle and may break the tip of the needle in the nozzle and thus destroy the stove. A negative pressure created by the mouth or blowing through is often enough to clean. It is also possible to use a very thin wire or a soft brush.
When cleaning the stove, use a damp cloth and soap. Never immerse the device in water or spray it with water, never clean it with chemicals or flammable liquids.
In case of any problems or if repairs are required, the device must be sent directly to the manufacturer. For more information, contact the retailer where you purchased the device.
After use, keep the device in a dry, clean and well-ventilated environment.
Always transport the cooker separately from the cartridge.
6. Pressure vessel with gas - cartridge
The cartridge contains liquefied, highly flammable propane-butane gas under constant pressure. Follow the instructions directly on the cartridge.
7. Technical data and disposal
Fuel: propane-butane up to 0.8 MPa
Maximum permissible load of the cooker with container including contents: 3 kg
Po at the end of its useful life, return the cooker to a collection point for raw materials. Dispose of packaging in recycled waste
8. Warranty conditions
The product is covered by a legal warranty of 24 months from the date of sale. This provision does not apply to products damaged by violence, improper handling or unprofessional repair.
Using the device in violation of this user manual results in voiding the warranty!
