Tatami GYM 20
Tatami is intended for use as a sports surface because protection of the locomotor system, especially the legs
in the event of a sharp impact on the mat or during a fall in combat sports.
Among other very popular uses is as a playing surface for children, an exercise mat for yoga, etc.
A tatami is a square-shaped board made of foamed polyethylene.
It is equipped on all sides with a special locking system, which allows individual
plates to be folded into a single surface used for exercise.
A flat and solid surface free of dirt is necessary to use tatami. For reasons of safety, a safety zone, usually starting with a boundary, is determined within
the rules of individual sports disciplines
from red plates. The basic surface for training consists of different colored boards (blue, green, anthracite).
