Instructions for use of the cooker for lancing cartridge K - 190
Manufacturer: ARHAN GRUP TALASLI IMALAT SAN. IN TIC AS ORGAZ LTD.STI.. Turkey
CE 1312CM5578 21
The K-190 tourist stove for lancing cartridges is intended for tourist purposes for operation in outdoor environments, holiday cottages and garden houses ( where sufficient ventilation is guaranteed) for the thermal preparation of food. The stove is connected to a disposable piercing cartridge with a content of 190g with a direct excess pressure of a mixture of propane and butane. Cartridges are disposable, they are not allowed to be refilled. The appliance cannot be used or rebuilt for other types of fuel! Trying to connect other types of gas bottles can be dangerous!
Before connecting the stove to the gas cartridge, read this user manual thoroughly. Keep the instructions carefully for future use. ATTENTION: the cooker can be very dangerous if used incorrectly. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Technical parameters:
< strong>Fuel connection overpressure: 0-7000 mbar.
Nozzle diameter: 0.23 mm
Nominal flow rate:< /strong> 62 G/H; 0.8 kW
Maximum permissible load of the cooker with the container incl. content: 2 kg
Maximum container diameter: 200mm
Before use:
1. Conditions for the operation of the stove:
The stove is intended for tourist purposes to be used outdoors, but also in holiday cottages and garden houses with a minimum volume of the room in which the stove is located, 20 m3 and directly ventilated (air exchange with the outside space can be ensured by opening windows, balcony doors, ventilation wings, etc.) The stove consumes oxygen during operation, and in unventilated closed rooms the user's life can be seriously endangered due to lack of oxygen and increased concentration of CO! The cooker must be operated on a horizontal and non-flammable surface. The minimum distance of the gas cartridge from a heat source without an open flame must be 0.5 m and from other sources with an open flame at a distance of 1.5 m. The gas cartridge must not be exposed to temperatures higher than 50 °C or to direct sunlight.

2. Connecting the cooker to the cartridge
- Check that the cooker control valve is fully closed - turn clockwise to close.< /p>
- It is only possible to connect the cartridge to the stove outdoors, away from people and any source of ignition, i.e. open flame, electric discharge and the like.
- Unscrew the upper part of the container with the burner from the lower part of the container by turning it to the left (see picture no. 01 and no. 02 ).
- Check the rubber seal of the valve (inside the top of the container) that it is correctly fitted.
- Check that the primary air holes (on the burner tube) are not dirty.
- Insert the cartridge into the lower part of the container so that the convex part with the protrusion on the piercing needle of the valve faces upwards (see picture no. 03).
- Place the upper part of the container on its lower part with the cartridge and screw it tightly (see picture no. 03).
- When screwing the lower part of the container with the cartridge into the upper part of the container, the piercing needle of the valve will penetrate the wall of the cartridge, which will be manifested by the hiss of escaping gas. This phenomenon is normal and it is therefore necessary that the screwing in, in the phase when gas leaks occur, is done as quickly as possible.
- After connecting the stove to the cartridge, at least make sure by smell that the system is perfectly tight. Never do this with an open flame. If the system shows signs of leakage after assembly, recheck the gasket. If you are unable to remove the defect, disassemble the cooker and do not use it! Do not ignite it and do not go near an open fire or any other source of ignition.
3. Ignition and operation
- Secure the stove with the cartridge in a vertical position. Turn the gas cap to the left to open the gas supply and ignite the flame (use matches, lighter or flint). When lighting the flame, open the gas to full power.
- Adjust the burning intensity by closing (right -) or opening (left +) the valve knob. During the preheating period or when moving the appliance, the gas may burn with a flickering flame. Preheating time is approx. 2 min. If the cartridge has been in the cold and at rest for a long time, it must be thoroughly shaken before use, otherwise the flame will "take off" after lighting the stove for about one minute. If a cooking vessel is placed on the stove before the flame is ignited, the mentioned phenomenon almost does not occur.
- When using a completely full - new cartridge that has been exposed to heat for a long time, after lighting the stove, a massive whipping may occur yellow flame. Immediately close the control valve to minimum until the flame subsides. This phenomenon will most certainly occur if the cartridge cooker is strongly tilted.
- Avoid boiling the liquid from the cooking container during operation, otherwise it will be damaged or completely destroyed, as well as the cooker.
- Do not leave the stove unattended during operation.
- When operating the stove, keep a safe distance from flammable materials - at least 0.5 m.
- Do not place flammable objects on the stove.< /p>
- If you are in doubt about the correct function of the product, do not use it and contact the seller or service.
3. Termination of operation < /p>
- Extinguish the burner by fully closing the valve knob (turning to the right as far as it will go).
- Never separate the piercing cartridge from the cooker until it is completely empty!
- This perform the operation only after the cooker has completely cooled down.
- Removing the cooker from the cartridge must never be carried out during operation!!
- Keep the cartridge and cooker clean, especially at the point of connection.

4. Disconnecting the cooker and replacing the cartridge
- Close the valve of the appliance and let it cool down. Make sure that the cartridge is empty (the burner can no longer be lit and no movement of the liquid content of the cartridge is detected when shaking the appliance). Unscrew the bottom part of the pot completely, insert a new cartridge and screw it completely into the top part of the pot.
-If you are not going to use the stove immediately, do not put a new cartridge in the stove.
- Before each use, it is necessary to check that all connections are tight and check that the primary air holes on the burner tube are not dirty.
- Always carry out appliance maintenance at regular intervals and further in cases of greater contamination.
- The replacement of the gas cartridge must be carried out in an outdoor environment, away from any source of ignition/ignition and out of reach of other people.
6. Warning for emergency situations
- If the flame blows outside the active part of the burner, immediately close the control valve and slightly tighten the bomb cooker.
- If it continues to appear flame, extinguish it with a stream of water, which you usually have ready for heating.
- If the flame cannot be extinguished, throw away, or kick the stove and cartridge to a safe place.
- Ensure that no one approaches the stove at a distance of less than 20 m until the gas burns out.
- Do not use the stove afterwards !
7. Important notices
Caution: During operation of this appliance, air (oxygen) is consumed and carbon dioxide is produced. Do not ignite or use this appliance in unventilated areas, rooms, tents or vehicles. It is life-threatening to use a stove to heat a closed space - inconspicuous carbon monoxide poisoning! It is necessary to ensure a sufficient supply of combustion air and at the same time it is necessary to prevent any dangerous accumulation of unburnt fuel near the stove! Butane is physically heavier than air, and in the event of a spontaneous release, due to a leak, it sinks and accumulates near the ground.
- The stove may only be operated by an adult according to this manual, do not entrust operation to children.
- The accessible parts of the stove near the burner are during operation and immediately after it very hot! Prevent small children from accessing the appliance!
- During operation, the cooker must be placed in a stable position, on a non-flammable surface and kept under constant supervision.
- From the point of view of fire safety, the cooker must be located at least 0.5 m away from flammable materials!
- Do not use the cooker if it is leaking, damaged or if it is working incorrectly! If your appliance is not leak-proof (gas smell), immediately move it outside to an open flame-free, well-ventilated area where the leak can be detected and stopped. If you want to check the stove for leaks, do it outdoors and out of the reach of other people. Do not detect leaks with an open flame, use a foaming solution.
- Replace the cartridge in an outdoor environment, away from sources of ignition and out of reach of other people!
- Do not use two or more stoves to heat one container next to each other.
- Only use reasonably large and reasonably heavy containers.
- Do not use the stove for purposes other than heating food and drinks in the container.
- Active parts of the stove - burner, container supports, or leeward - they are during operation and about 10 min. then hot, so do not touch them at this time!
