Instructions for use:

Battery status is indicated by an illuminated switch. Green indicates a charged battery, red indicates an empty one.

Battery charging: unscrew the socket cover until the charging input (USB-C) appears. Insert the cable into the socket, connect the other end of the cable to the power source (computer, power bank, etc.). Charging is indicated by a red diode, which will glow green after charging. After disconnecting the cable, screw the cover to prevent moisture and dirt from entering the socket.

Battery replacement: unscrew the battery cover, remove the battery and insert a new one. Pay attention to the correct polarization. Use only 18650 rechargeable batteries. Screw the cover properly to prevent moisture from getting to the battery.

The switch on the side is used to turn it on and off. Lighting modes:

Headlight: full power / ½ power / ¼ power / red LEDs on / flashing / off. Dimming mode: when the main light is on, press and hold the switch for about 3 seconds, the main light will gradually dim (8 degrees). Double press: SOS.

You, dear customer, as a consumer, have a very fundamental role in the system of dealing with electrical appliances. You are the one who decides what to do with the old appliance. Old and unnecessary electrical equipment do not belong in unsorted municipal waste, on the contrary, they should be handed over through collection points, so-called take-back points, from which they go to reuse or to recycling itself. Handing in electrical equipment for take-back is easy, there are plenty of such places around you.

WHERE SHOULD YOU HAND IN YOUR USED HEADLAMP OR BATTERY?

- you can throw electrical equipment in the red collection bin containers for electrical waste

- through the publicly available collection network of REMA Battery, s.r.o., which is intended for the return of batteries and accumulators

- through the publicly available collection network, which is intended for the return of batteries on the website Ministry of the Environment (ISOH 2)

WHY RECYCLE?

Not only electrical equipment, but also batteries and accumulators contain many recyclable metals such as zinc, iron, manganese, nickel, cadmium or lead. At the same time, some of these substances are very dangerous for the environment and human health, especially mercury, lead and cadmium. Selected batteries are often marked with the symbol of the chemical element they contain (Pb, Cd, Hg).

By handing over batteries and electrical equipment to a take-back site, we save primary sources of raw materials and at the same time protect our environment from possible improper handling.

Unused batteries that are not handed over for recycling via take-back points, but are stored, for example, in office drawers or anywhere else in homes or businesses can subsequently cause a fire. Lithium batteries in particular have this property. With regard to safety, it is therefore very important to hand over used batteries for recycling as soon as possible.
