Gymball with protrusions is suitable for exercise and stretching. The protrusions have a massaging effect and also prevent the ball from rolling on its own. The Gymball can be inflated with a classic bicycle pump (a reduction is needed) or with a special pump for gymnastic balls. The pump is not included in the package.

Instructions for use:
Use a pump or compressor and the appropriate attachment to inflate the ball. A conical end is ideal. When inflating for the first time, we recommend proceeding slowly so that the material has enough time to expand. Don't be afraid to inflate the ball to the desired diameter, the material is flexible enough. The ball can be inflated by 2-3 cm to stretch the material and then drop it to the desired diameter. The surface will then be more flexible and the ball will not be hard.
The ball is intended for exercise, stretching and sitting.
Keep away from sharp objects that could puncture or cut the ball. If the ball has a damaged surface, do not use it, there is a risk of cracking and injury.
