Light and shortened (3/4 length) YATE EXTREM LITE KT model is ideal especially for cyclists, boaters and high-altitude hiking due to its small volume and weight . Lightweight inner material, rectangular shape. Mat for demanding conditions. It protects the most sensitive parts of the body from the ground - from shoulders to hips. The YATE Micro Brushed surface increases friction, so the sleeping bag does not slide on the mat. Can be folded in half when packing!
VALVE REVERSE It is operated simply without screwing and contains a membrane against back leakage of air during inflation. By turning the cap, the membrane prevents air from entering during blowing. The top cap helps ensure a 100% seal while keeping the cap clean. The larger diameter allows up to 50% faster inflation and deflation of the mat.

A quantity that is increasingly being specified for mats. Thermal resistance - R is a physical quantity that expresses the thermal insulation properties of the material. It is directly dependent on the material thickness and λ. When achieving the highest possible R value, the goal is to make the material thickness as large as possible and the λ value of the individual materials as low as possible. The thermal resistance R expresses the resistance of 1 m2 of material against the transmission of thermal energy at a temperature difference of 1 K. The coefficient of thermal conductivity λ expresses the property material to conduct heat. It is the value of energy in W that passes through a material of thickness 1 m at a temperature difference of 1 K between the surfaces of the material. YATE Micro Brushed" NON-SLIP SURFACE
In nature, it often happens that there is no place to sleep ideally straight, so even a comfortable mat may not fully fulfill its purpose when a person with a sleeping bag slips off it. For this reason, we have developed a special surface with a "Micro Brushed" treatment, which increases friction and thus prevents the sleeping bag from sliding. We use this surface on most models.
