The HMS ZP6591 rowing machine is equipped with an air resistance system. Basically, it is a paddle wheel ("fan") that is connected to the handle by means of a gear. During the rotation of the "fan", the air resists the blades and thereby generates a load that increases depending on the speed.
The rowing machine is an ideal tool for complex endurance training (cardio), improves the performance of the cardiovascular system, helps burn fat and increase the body's ability to absorb oxygen. Movement during rowing exercises involves 84% of the muscles in the body. The ZP6591 is equipped with transport wheels for easy movement and a folding rail to save space. Solid materials and solid construction guarantee a load capacity of up to 110 kg.
