Water rowing machine ZW1600 HMS Premium is an ideal tool for complex endurance training (cardio).
Rowing improves the performance of the cardiovascular system, helps burn fat and increase the body's ability to absorb oxygen. Movement during exercise with a rower engages 84% of the muscles in the body.
The water "rower" ZW1600 is equipped with a tank for filling with (ideally distilled) water. The height of its level determines the resistance during exercise. The paddles in the tank are at an ideal angle for maximum fluidity of movement. The mechanical sound of the resistance wheel in classic models is replaced by the pleasant sound of water in our ZW1600 machine. A funnel with a hose and a pump are included in the package to adjust the level.
The trainer is equipped with transport wheels for easy movement and a folding rail to save space. Solid materials and solid construction guarantee a load capacity of up to 150 kg.
The "rower" is also equipped with a computer that displays all important data during training. In addition, the package also includes a chest strap for accurate heart rate measurement.
