The HMS DC30 strength bar is connected to rubber expanders, thanks to which it is possible to perform a wide range of exercises. It can replace resistance bands and thera bands to some extent. The HMS DC30 model will find its application in any training and rehabilitation. The bar is used for upper and lower muscle training. Training with the DC30 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, we give an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expanders towards the body. Alternatively, we put the handles of the expanders on the foot and pull the bar.
