HMS Premium PYT01 is a soft, training tire with a diameter of 88 centimeters and a weight of 40 kilograms.
Training with a tire enables the exercise of all muscle groups, develops coordination and balance. Most often, the tire is turned, during this exercise you involve the muscles of the lower legs, abdomen, back and arms in the movement. As examples of further training, we can choose jumps or farm walking. The PYT01 has 4 straps on each side, which can be folded as handles for carrying, but you can also attach a training rope to them.
Structurally, it is foamed polyethylene in a PVC package. The core of the tire is therefore soft enough to prevent injury if we drop it or if it falls on us. The PVC cover is resistant to damage and easy to keep clean.
The HMS Premium PYT training tire is produced in 3 sizes: 40, 60 and 80 kilograms.
