TOUR is simple a rectangular poncho with velcro fastening on the sides. The advantage of this fastening is that the back part can be thrown over the backpack as needed. The simple construction makes this poncho very light and small when packed, so it doesn't take up much space when in your backpack. When fully unfolded, it can be used as a mat pad.
