The Training Buddy training dummy serves as a simulation of real players to practice various game situations and to train the accuracy of direct kicks, to play free kicks, etc. This practical training aid is suitable for football players of all skill levels and football clubs. The Training Buddy consists of a shot of polyester mesh, a metal rod and a spring with spikes for fixing in the grass. The dimensions of the figure itself are 155 x 45 cm, the spikes are 15 cm long and the total weight is approximately 1.25 kg. The versatile training aid Training Buddy allows you to practice unlimited football situations on natural grass. Variants: blue (blue with white mesh); orange (blue with orange mesh). Note: To properly turn off the figure, first pull the lower elastic band under the base behind the spring (see pictures).
