HMS MGL100 is liquid magnesium in a 100 ml tube. Magnesium is applied to the palms, dries them without sweating and increases friction, these properties allow a firmer grip. It is most often used during strength training, when, thanks to the use of magnesium, we can lift a larger weight that was slipping out of our hands before. The MGL100 can also be used in gymnastics, climbing and any sport where a firm grip is required.
