The HMS Premium MFK01 mesh studio mat is ideal for both strength training and aerobics, and it doesn't matter whether you train at home or in the gym.
The lower, non-slip side of the mat prevents it from slipping during exercise. Thanks to this, our training will be comfortable regardless of the type of surface on which we train. The pad provides ideal cushioning between the user and the hard floor. The MFK01 adapts to the shape of the user's body, ensuring excellent comfort during exercise.
The upper side of the HMS Premium MFK01 has a height of 10 mm and is made of TPE - thermoplastic elastomer. TPE is a healthy, durable, flexible material that is pleasant to the touch. The underside of the 5 mm high mat is made of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) - a harmless rubber-like material. EVA guarantees that the mat will not shift during training. The combination of both materials perfectly absorbs shocks and guarantees maximum comfort during training.
MFK01 has a wide range of uses, from regular fitness training or stretching, yoga, pilates to physiotherapy.
This mat model is equipped with eyelets, thanks to which it is possible to hang the MFK on the wall. Which is hygienic and aesthetic.
