The construction of the harness was designed so that it does not restrict movement or hinder training, but at the same time provides resistance when performing punches and kicks.
Comfort during training < p>The basic element of the set is the belt, which is fastened around the waist. Four expanders are attached to the belt (2 for the arms and 2 for the legs).
The expanders can also be connected to each other, so that by attaching them to the belt, the set can be used as a weight for punch speed training.
The belt is lined on the inside with a pleasant fabric that protects against abrasion and its length can be adjusted with Velcro.

The resistance rubbers have been coated with an abrasion-resistant material, so they will not break through when in contact with the body.
The expanders are finished with carabiners on both sides, which allow them to be connected to the steel eyes and to combine them with each other.

The comfortable handles have been designed to they did not slide under the resistance of the rubber and did not limit the capacity of the grip, which allows additional loading of the hands, for example by holding dumbbells.
The design of the handles allows the user to put on gloves, so the device can be used successfully even during training with sparring or on a punching bag.
Universal size and resistance
Expanders have sufficient length even for tall people. If they are too long, each expander can be tied in the middle and thus shortened. The same solution can be applied to increase the resistance of expanders.
