Stationary barbell with push-up supports MARBO MH-D203 is an ideal tool to strengthen back, shoulder, chest and abdominal muscles.
The solid structure is made of a 40 x 40 mm steel profile and guarantees a load capacity of up to 200 kg. Stability is guaranteed by the base with dimensions of 121 x 102 cm.
An essential addition are two supports for the cranks, which can be placed in two positions at a height of 16 or 104 cm from the ground. Both push-ups and squats (dips) can be practiced on the supports. Their spacing is also adjustable from 56 to 74 cm.
The bar is height adjustable to 5 positions in the range of 190 - 246 cm. Thanks to this, you can adjust the working position ideally to your height.
