The HMS Premium GOL320 Squat Bar, or squat axis, was made of special chrome-plated steel that went through a hardening process. The shaft is characterized by strength combined with perfect flexibility. The kit includes two ZG1000 plastic caps. For a firm and comfortable grip on the shaft, the classic grip is equipped with knurling on the surface. The maximum load is 320 kg.
The auxiliary grip is equipped with plastic handles with anti-slip treatment. The middle part of the Squat Bar is equipped with comfortable, foam rollers that help reduce pressure on the shoulders and neck. Training is thus more comfortable.
The chrome plating process used on the shaft is a guarantee of maintaining its appearance for a long period of use and is also the best protection against corrosion. The GOL320 axle has 4 needle bearings (2 on each side) that allow the sleeves to rotate smoothly and smoothly on the shaft. Its design reduces the stress on the ends of the rollers, which results in a longer life of the bearings.
