They were created to strengthen the lower and upper parts body during fitness training, aerobics, jogging or exercises for overall development and rehabilitation.

Two weights to optimize training

The Spokey FORM set consists of 2 weights of the same weight. This allows you to exercise by clipping the weights on both wrists or ankles, or increase the intensity by attaching both weights to one arm/leg.

Fastening velcro facilitates putting on and guarantees their stable position during exercise. The upper layer consists of neoprene, the properties of which also influence the activity of the body - by increasing the body temperature, they improve blood circulation. Thanks to the powder iron filling the weights are flexible enough to easily adapt to the shape of your hand or ankle.

Available in different designs (from 0.5 up to 3 kg), thanks to which you can choose a model that is optimal for your training goals. To make it easier to recognize the weight, each set has a different color:

- light green: 2x 0.5 kg
- blue: strong> 2x 1 kg
- dark green: 2x 1.5 kg
- dark blue: 2x 2 kg
- black: 2x 3 kg
