The Soil Blocker hand tool made of galvanized steel and with a non-slip handle is used to cut out compressed soil blocks, intended for planting plants and for their transplanting. The Soil Blocker will create a row of 4 soil blocks measuring 2" (approx. 5.1 x 5.1 cm) and 2.4" (approx. 6.1 cm) tall. This solution is ecological because there is no need to use plastic containers for seedlings and at the same time it is more efficient. In soil blocks, the possibility of plant rooting and root knotting is reduced, because air flows between the blocks and so-called "cuts" the roots when they reach the edge of the block. Thanks to the oxygenated roots, the seedlings will be stronger and healthier, and the transplant shock is reduced when they are transplanted. Using the Soil Blocker tool: 1.Place the upper part of the tool with the spring into the hole in the handle and screw it firmly to the L-shaped upper metal part. 2.Prepare a good quality soil substrate. 3.Push the whole tool firmly into the soil as far as it will go. 4.Place the Soil Blocker with the compressed soil substrate on the mat. 5.Hold the upper handle, press the upper part with the spring and lift the Soil blocker, this is how you push the soil blocks out of the tool onto the pad.
