For the perfect functionality of the trainer, it is also necessary to tension both nets perfectly, which is why it is good if more than just two hands come together when assembling the trainer. During assembly, we recommend the following procedure: - Connect the side expansion rods with rods 1 and 2 according to the instructions (pay attention to the correct placement, rod number 2 is slightly longer). - Fully stretch the struts of the expansion rods only after deploying the large net, this way it is easier to turn it off. - Screw the rods B using the four screws and key provided. - Attach the ends of the large net to ends 3, 4, 5, 6 as shown in the picture. - Use the attached rubber bands to fasten the net to the expansion bars as shown in the picture. - Now, with the help of a friend or colleague, carefully fully tension the expansion bars with struts. - Install a second, smaller net on the opposite side. - For proper function, the net must be fully stretched, so it is necessary to use a little force when stretching the rubber bands ;) - Proceed with maximum caution during assembly.
