Slip Bag DBX BUSHIDO DBX-SB-10 is basically a pear hanging on a long rope that is used to train dodges. One of the first users is Mike Tyson himself, whose training with the Slip Bag helped him hone his evasion techniques.
The pear is hung from the ceiling, the length of the rope is adjusted so that the pear is at shoulder level. We hold the pear in our hands and shake it. During the time that the Slip Bag is swinging, we try to make as many sideways movements as possible so that the pear does not touch us.
