Slam Ball HMS PST25 is a ball made of rough rubber that is filled with sand. The ball does not bounce and is designed for dynamic training, when it is thrown against the ground with great force, hence the name "slam". Training with the PST ball engages the entire musculoskeletal system, increases physical strength and increases endurance.
