FREE shipping on your order
We have set the total value of your order to CZK 1,999 , since you can receive it from the e- shop www.jonathanshop.cz FREE of charge . Therefore, if the value of your order is higher than CZK 1,999, you will not pay an extra crown for shipping the goods. The exception is products exceeding 2 meters in length or 38 kg in weight. These must be sent by a special transport service (see Oversized transport).

Your order with this mode of transport will be handed over to the GLS carrier within two working days at the latest after the payment has been credited to our account. If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be forwarded to GLS processing within two working days at the latest. At the moment of delivery to the delivery point (store), the recipient will receive an SMS and an e-mail with a code for picking up the package. If the recipient is not able to pick up the package within five working days, he can request an extension of the storage time by another three working days by calling 567 771 111. At the time of delivery to the delivery BOX, the recipient will receive an SMS and e-mail with a code for picking up the package. If the recipient is unable to pick up the package within two working days, the package will be returned to the sender's address. Exception in delivery to the dispensing BOX - cash on delivery sent to AlzaBoxes must be paid by transfer through the carrier's payment gateway before collection. If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be forwarded to GLS processing within two working days at the latest. In the vast majority of cases, the package is delivered to the recipient personally. The recipient confirms by signing that the delivery of the package was successful and that the delivered package shows no signs of damage. Another person staying in the recipient's household can also take over the package for the recipient. GLS will record the name of the person taking over in any case. If the recipient cannot be reached, he can, for example, request storage at the nearest GLS ParcelShop , or at a neighbor's. GLS asks the recipient's neighbors if they are willing to accept the package. After saving, a confirmation message is sent to the recipient with the ParcelShop address or the name of the neighbor who collected the parcel. If the delivery of the package failed, GLS will make another attempt to deliver it in the next 5 working days. GLS will automatically make another delivery attempt to the original address on the third working day from the date of submission, or the last, third delivery attempt in sequence, on the fifth working day from the date of submission. Only when the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the recipient cannot be contacted, or an alternative solution cannot be found, is the package returned to the sender. The recipient confirms by signing that the delivery of the package was successful and that the delivered package shows no signs of damage. Another person staying in the recipient's household can also take over the package for the recipient. In any case, the Czech Post will record the name of the receiving person. If the recipient cannot be reached, he can, for example, request to be deposited at the nearest post office. If the delivery of the package failed, Czech Post will store the package at the nearest post office and will inform the addressee of this fact via e-mail, or by means of a notice that will be delivered to the mailbox at the specified address. Another person staying in the recipient's household can also take over the package for the recipient. PPL will record the name of the receiving person in each case. If the delivery of the package failed, PPL will make another attempt to deliver it in the next 5 working days. If the delivery fails again, the package will be returned to the sender. You will receive an email with this information when your order is ready for pickup. The storage period is 5 working days. After this time, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Delivery progress information - Oversized shipment
This is a method of transport when the order contains at least one product that cannot be sent by a traditional transport company. As a rule, these are oversized products (table tennis tables, large exercise machines, heavy punching bags, javelins, ...). These products must be sent by special transport. We will always contact you regarding delivery and agree the terms of transport with you.
