HMS SBP22 is a set for body pump - dynamic exercise with low weight - and you can use it both during group training and during home exercise, for example in front of the TV.
The set consists of a two-handed axis, which has a grip part coated with soft foam, which ensures a firm grip and wicks away sweat. A set of three pairs of discs made of cast iron covered with a layer of rubber that protects the floor and the discs from damage and 2 caps to secure the discs on the axis.
The discs themselves have a dodecahedron shape, so the barbell does not roll off after being put down. The holes in the discs serve as handles and can thus be used separately for functional training.
