The HMS DC31 Pilates Bar Set includes a set of expanders, a door stop and 2 pairs of straps, allowing you to perform a wide variety of exercises. It can replace resistance bands and thera bands to some extent. The HMS DC31 model will find its application in any training and rehabilitation. The bar is used for upper and lower muscle training. Training with the DC31 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, we give an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expanders towards the body. Alternatively, we put the handles of the expanders on the foot and pull the bar.
