HMS Premium PYOBS01 is a set of three soft, octagonal plyometric boxes of different heights.
A plyometric box is a necessary piece of equipment for every fitness center and gym. It can be used during almost any functional training, but also during fitness training or if you need to work on the development of mobility.
Structurally, it is an insert made of foam polyethylene inserted into a PVC cover. The density is chosen so that the box can handle classic training, including jumps, and at the same time it is soft enough not to cause injury in the event of a fall. The weight of the whole set is 10 kilograms, so it is easy to carry and stack individual cabinets. The upper edge of each box contains 4 cuffs with velcro, which connect the boxes to form one strong and stable unit. The stability itself is further supported by the octagonal shape of the cabinets. The PVC cover is resistant to sweat and moisture.
