HMS HHM16 is a hula hoop with an adjustable circumference, massage magnetic protrusions, rotating weights and a clear, easy-to-read counter.
Construction of the massage hula hoop
The construction consists of 16 identical parts that are connected by means of plastic connectors. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 10 parts. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable strap. The string can be adjusted to a length of 20 to 38 centimeters, changing the length of the string adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
Magnetic massage
Each HHM16 part is equipped with two massage protrusions on the inside, which hide a magnet inside. The protrusions pleasantly massage the waist area, thus the skin gets blood and the fatty tissue is disturbed and broken down. Negatively polarized magnets promote blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.
Usage
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time so that it does not fall over the hips. The HHM16 model is suitable for waist circumference from 59 to 113 centimeters. After setting the length, an anchor with a weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The intensity of the training is influenced by the speed at which we twist our hips.
Computer with a clearly readable display and its functions
A large and clearly readable LCD display located on the anchor displays information about training time, number of calories burned, and cycling speed. The data can be used to control training and to monitor fitness. The computer is powered by a battery that has sufficient capacity for up to 10 intensive training sessions. The battery is charged using the USB-C connector above the display. For charging, you can use a phone charger, a power bank, or, for example, a laptop. The battery charge level is indicated by the indicator below the display.
