The function of the HHM14 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 21 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 11 pieces. The HHM14 model is suitable for waist circumference from 76 to 113 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight weighing 380 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 16 to 32 centimeters, changing the length of the string adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
Magnetic massage
Each part of the HHM14 is equipped with a massage protrusion on the inside, which hides a magnet inside. The protrusions pleasantly massage the waist area, thus the skin gets blood and the fatty tissue is disturbed and broken down. Negatively polarized magnets promote blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.
Usage
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time so that it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, an anchor with a weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The intensity of training is influenced by the speed with which we twist our hips.

The large LCD display located on the anchor displays information about training time, number calories burned, the number of laps and the speed of the lap. The data can be used to control training and to monitor fitness.
