The Roman bench or hyperextension HMS LR8310 is used for intensive strengthening of the back and gluteal muscles. For the correct position during exercise, the support is height adjustable in the range of 93 - 121 cm. To regulate the load, the bench is adjustable to four angles. Exercising on this bench prevents, among other things, back pain caused by weak muscles of the lumbar spine.
