Ascophyllum Nodosum Seaweed (D1070™)
Ascophyllum Nodosum seaweed has been shown to have a revolutionary effect on the bacteria in the mouth that cause bad breath, dental plaque, tartar and bleeding gums. The algae Ascophyllum Nodosum, contained in PlaqueOff™ products, is grown in the clean Nordic seas off the coast of Norway and Iceland. It can be used in all cats and dogs that do not have thyroid problems. We recommend starting use when the animal has permanent teeth. Dosage depends on the weight of the animal.

No studies have been conducted specifically focusing on the effects of ProDen PlaqueOff® on pregnant or lactating animals. Therefore, we do not recommend giving the product to pregnant or lactating animals.
9. IS PRODEN PLAQUEOFF® SAFE FOR PETS WITH THYROID GLAND PROBLEMS?
In animals with thyroid problems, care must be taken regarding iodine intake in the feed. As seaweed, including Ascophyllum nodosum, naturally has a high content of iodine, we recommend animal breeders with thyroid disease to consult a veterinarian about the possible use of this product.
