The training cage MS-U112 2.0, also known as Power Rack or Squat Rack, is one of the most versatile training tools in the MARBO Sport range.
It is a fixed a metal structure composed of vertical bars and horizontal beams, which together create a closed space - a training cage. The Power Rack is used for various strength exercises, mainly squats, but also for bench press, pull-ups and other exercises with dumbbells and your own body weight.
Adjustable dumbbell hooks p>
The MS-U112 2.0 design is equipped with two sets of adjustable two-handed barbell hooks that allow you to store the barbell at the optimal height for the exercise you are performing. The hooks can be adjusted in 18 height levels ranging from 38 - 174 cm from the ground.
Safety stops
Power Rack MS-U112 2.0 is also equipped with side bars , which serve as a safety element, for example, during bench press or barbell squats. A barbell can be lowered onto the side bars if we can no longer complete the current set.
Barbell and punching bag hanger
The barbell is located at a height of 210 cm and thanks to handles at different angles allow you to work different muscles during pull-ups. For boxing enthusiasts, a punching bag can be hung from the eye in the middle of the bar frame.
Pins for resistance bands
On the bottom of the frame there are 3 pins on each side , behind which resistance rubbers can be placed, which are a great addition to the classic load.
Landmine
Landmine is a multi-axis joint that allows one end to be stored dumbbells and at the same time allows smooth movement of the opposite end of the dumbbell in 2 planes. Thanks to this, the landmine allows you to perform dynamic and varied exercises that usually use the upper half of the body. It provides an interesting variety of strength training and can be used by both beginners and advanced athletes.
Weight stand and loading axle
Barbell with a maximum diameter of 30 mm can be place in the stand at the back of the structure. Discs can be stored on 2 storage mandrels measuring 20 x 2.5 cm.
DIP adapters
Adjustable dip handles are the ideal solution for those who want train deep push-ups. The handles can be set at two heights - higher for increasing the difficulty of the exercise and lower for training push-ups in the forward bend. Plus, they have a three-way adjustable pitch, so you can customize them to your individual training preferences.
Rubber Endcaps
Rubber endcaps at the base of the structure improve the stability of the structure and prevent scratching the floor during training, so you can train without risk on, for example, a floating floor.
Anchoring to the floor
There are holes in the base of the MS-U112 2.0 cage that they allow the structure to be anchored to the ground, which improves its stability and increases safety during training. The method of anchoring must be chosen individually with regard to the type of substrate and the use of the product.
