Multipress HMS ATLAS X3 is an ideal tool for anyone who wants to start or already has experience with strength training. The main characteristic of every multipress is the rails along which the weightlifting axis with hooks moves. These hooks fit into the holes in the structure and this system has two functions:
- safety: if we put more weight on the axis than we lift or choose a high number of repetitions and no longer push the axis into the original position, then with a small twist with the wrist, we secure the axis against falling and thus prevent any possible injury or damage to the discs.
- practical: the multipress fully replaces the barbell stand, we can choose the ideal working height of the axis.
Multipress is most often used for back squats and bench presses.
The construction of the HMS ATLAS X3 multipress is made of high-quality steel, which allows a load capacity of up to 136 kilograms. In addition, the construction is completed by a removable leg stop for training sit-ups and removable push-up supports. The package also includes 4 plastic sleeves for loading and unloading pins, so the X3 is compatible with both regular cast iron discs and Olympic discs.
