The HMS ARES 1 fitness tower is a device that falls into the Semi Commercial category and is intended for both home use and small fitness clubs, hotel and private fitness centers, etc.< br> ARES 1 has two independent, height-adjustable pulleys. Each pulley has its own set of weights with a total weight of 90 kilograms, and the load can be regulated in 6-kilogram increments. This configuration allows you to perform a wide range of exercises for all muscle groups, whether you are a beginner with a desire for a perfect figure or an experienced user with the need for precisely performed exercises.
