HMS HD03 is a so-called "crown" for strengthening the neck, structurally it is a nylon cap with a chain that is connected to the crown by means of a carabiner, a weight in the form of a weightlifting bar is placed on the chain disc or kettlebell and by moving the head forward and backward we strengthen the neck muscles.
The crown has a continuously adjustable circumference with Velcro and can be perfectly adapted to any head. The inner neoprene layer prevents unpleasant shifting. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, you can load up to 100 kilograms of load on the HD03.
