HMS Premium L8022 is a straight, positionable bench with stops and expanders, which finds ideal use during training with dumbbells and a weightlifting axis.
The back support is adjustable to 5 position (1 straight and 4 in negative slope). The support in a horizontal position is ideal for performing most exercises with dumbbells, if the support is set to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench for strengthening the abdomen, for this purpose, the L8022 is equipped with an adjustable, extendable frame with stops, which is height adjustable in 3 positions and 4 angles, the leg stop is adjustable to 3 distances. The frame is thus the main advantage of the bench and enables precise adjustment for each figure, training sit-ups will be safe and comfortable. The ergonomic padding is made of artificial leather with a carbon look, is sweat-resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The foam rollers are made of EVA for great comfort and durability.
The bench comes with 2 expanders, which will be great for basic training. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels.
