Adjustable bench HMS LS1203

HMS LS1203 is a multifunctional weight bench that is ideal for home training. Adjustable backrest in seven levels from -30 to 60°, foot stop and rubber expanders allow the user to perform many new and advanced exercises, which translates into a more effective training than before. It should be added that the bench is very easy to assemble and can be quickly folded after training.

Rubber expanders

The set includes 2 rubber expanders that they attach to the eyes on the front leg of the bench. The expanders can be used during the warm-up or during the training itself by adjusting the backrest to a suitable angle.

Comfortable training

The seat and the backrest have been made very carefully. A hard board covered with thick foam guarantees comfort during exercise. The upholstery has a carbon look with an embroidered HMS brand logo, which is sweat-resistant and non-slip. The equipment also includes foam rollers that protect against abrasion of the legs during training.

Easy folding

HMS LS1203 has the function of easy and quick folding. After training, just pull out the 2 steel pins from the bench frame and it's done.
