The HMS L8021 weight bench is an ideal addition to any home gym. Thanks to the adjustable backrest and height-adjustable prayer table, the L8021 bench is ideal for most exercises, whether you want to strengthen biceps, triceps, chest, abdomen, back, shoulders or legs.
The steel structure has a load capacity of 150 kilograms and is easy to fold, so it does not take up much space when the bench is not in use. The weight of the L8021 is 9.5 kilograms. The seat and backrests are covered with durable, synthetic leather with a non-slip surface. The backrest is adjustable to 7 positions in the range from -20° to 90°.
