Plyometric box HMS DSC03 is a box intended for fitness training. Boxing is an integral part of every fitness center, a tool for professional athletes or even athletes. It is made of 18 mm plywood and has dimensions of 50 x 40 x 30 cm.
The individual walls have cutouts and fit together like a "puzzle" when folding the cabinet. The cut-outs facilitate assembly and help to better distribute the load when landing, thereby extending the life of the box.
The surface of the box is coated with a special layer that prevents the shoe from slipping and is also easy to clean. There are holes on two opposite walls for easy portability.
