Product detailed description

NEKTON Biotin supports the smooth moulting process and the growth of new feathers. It contains all essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and in addition 200,000 µg/kg of biotin. NEKTON Biotin gives birds the opportunity to grow beautiful and healthy feathers.

NEKTON Biotin contains a lot of proteins, because they are particularly important in the growth of new feathers.

Ingredients: dextrose, calcium bicarbonate, silicic acid.

Nutritional additives /kg: 6,600,000 IU vitamin A, 10,000 IU Vitamin D3, 20,160 mg vitamin E, 670 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 1,680 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 3,330 mg pantothenic acid (calcium-D pantothenate ), 10,000 mg nicotinamide, 670 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 225 mg folic acid, 2,000 µg vitamin B12, 16,670 mg vitamin C (L ascorbic acid), 1,333 mg vitamin K3 (menadione-sodium bisulfite), 200,000 µg biotin, 2,500 mg iron (copper sulfide), 1,220 mg zinc (zinc sulfide), 1,255 mg manganese (manganese oxide), 200 mg copper (copper sulfide), 100 mg iodine (calcium iodate).

Dosage: 1 g (=1 enclosed measuring spoon) in 250 ml of water or 1 g to 100 g of soft food per day. NEKTON Biotin should be used long-term in order to fully see its effect. In severe cases of feather loss or major problems with its growth, we can triple the dose (i.e. 3 measuring spoons in 1/4 L of water). Once the problem subsides and new feathers start to grow, we can return to normal dosing. NEKTON Biotin should not be used during the breeding season so as not to disturb the incubation process. As soon as we stop using NEKTON Biotin, it is advisable to offer the birds NEKTON S. The preparation is soluble in cold water.
