A complete loading set of two one-handed and one two-handed dumbbells with a total weight of 20 kilograms, this is the HMS SGC20. Dumbbells belong to the classic equipment of every home gym.
Discs are made of hard plastic that is filled with cement. The two-handed axis is a connecting part into which the shafts of one-handed dumbbells are screwed. The loading pins are threaded and the weights are secured with star nuts. The hexagonal shape of the discs also prevents them from rolling away. The dumbbells will not roll away and you will always have them where you put them.
The set includes 1 connecting part, 2 single-handed shafts, 4 star nuts and a total of 12 discs of various weights.
