Multifunctional HMS DW2708 ladders are ideal tools for home training. Straps and expanders are included in the package
The straps are made of very durable material and their length can be adjusted to a length of 105 - 146 centimeters. They are connected to the structure with a carabiner and can either be connected and attached to any crossbar or they can be separately connected to the steel eyes on the mounting struts. The straps are finished with a rubberized handle and strap. The straps can be used as a full-fledged replacement for the suspension strengthening system.
Expanders are made of very durable rubber, their length is 120 centimeters and they can be stretched up to 400 centimeters. Like the straps, they are equipped with a carabiner and can be attached to the 4 eyes on the struts. The handle is rubberized.
Multifunctional construction
After installation in the ladder, the beech wood rungs are secured with a screw from the back of the structure, so they stay firmly in place and do not rotate with. In the upper part of the ladders there is an 80 cm wide crossbar and a metal "half crossbar" which is used, for example, to install straps or expanders, which can also be attached to the steel eyes on the 4 struts. In the lower part there is a leg stop for sit-lying training. For maximum comfort, the stoppers are equipped with foam rollers.
