The folding power rack - Power Rack KLT22 from HMS was designed to meet current market trends and meet the expectations of the most demanding customers. The rack in this variant is sold with additional equipment. In addition to a barbell, barbell hooks, and safety supports, you'll find a folding flat bench, a dip adapter, a wall-mounted barbell rack, and an axle holder. Such a set will expand your training possibilities and give you new storage spaces for your equipment.
Multifunctional training in a small space
Power Rack KLT22 is attached to the wall, which ensures its stability and safety. When not in use, you can easily fold it up so it doesn't take up much space. This is a huge advantage of this equipment as it can be used by people with limited training space. When the stand is folded against the wall, at its deepest point, it takes up only 31 cm from the wall! One of the arms is equipped with a pneumatic piston, which facilitates the folding (lifting) of the rack. it allows you to develop your back, shoulder and chest muscles thanks to the different grip options. Push-ups are one of the best upper body exercises because they engage multiple muscle groups and improve joint mobility. If you want to make this exercise easier, just use special resistance bands. On the KLT22 you will also find two axle hooks that you can fix at any height.
Safety supports
The KLT22 Power Rack also includes special supports that you can attach to the rack frame to ensure maximum safety when training with heavy weights. The supports can be attached at almost any height and can be used when performing exercises such as bench presses or barbell squats without worrying about not having enough strength to push the barbell back into the hooks. With the KLT22 rack, you can push the limits of your own strength.
Folding flat bench
With the cage, you also receive a folding bench that allows you to perform exercises with one arm, resistance bands or two-handed dumbbells. The bench is comfortable and stable, and after the exercise you can fold it parallel to the wall.
Adapter for dips
Another accessory for the KLT22 is the adapter for dips, which is attached to the Rack frame. Dips are an effective exercise for the triceps, shoulder and pectoral muscles. The adapter has comfortable grips and is easy to install and remove. You can mount it at different heights to adapt it to your height. The dip adapter is easy to maintain and has a long life. You also receive a special wall bracket to hang the adapter on.
Wall-mounted weight stand
With the KLT22 kit, you place the weights on a special stand that attaches to wall. This saves floor space and gives you easy access to the discs. The stand is made of durable materials. It has 6 holders that can hold discs of different diameters and thicknesses. Each holder has a rubber cover to protect the weight from scratches and noise. Its maximum load capacity is up to 1000 kg!
Axle wall stand
The last part of the set is a wall holder on which two axes can be hung. Loading axes are an essential accessory for strength training to strengthen the muscles of the whole body. The holder allows you to keep the axes tidy and they do not take up space on the floor.
