PU10 HMS is a multi-functional, folding board that enables variable push-up training. The board is symmetrically divided into 2 halves. The PU10 includes 5 pairs of holes for placing the supplied supports. Each pair of holes allows training from a different angle, where a different muscle group is trained, namely:
- when placing the supports in the green holes, you will exercise the triceps while clicking
- when placing the supports in the yellow holes, you will exercise the back while clicking
- placing the supports in the red holes will exercise your shoulders and pectoral muscles while clicking
- placing the supports in the shades of blue holes will exercise your pectoral muscles while clicking
