Monolift MFT-A021 is an expansion element of the modular system, the so-called Monkey Rigs, from the manufacturer MARBO Sport.
Monkey Rigs is a very cleverly thought out modular system for every gym. Thanks to the wide number of components and accessories, you can adapt it exactly to your needs, whether you are doing fitness, strength training, functional training, cardio, or you just want to expand the training options in your home gym. Installation is carried out either in the wall or as a free-standing "cage" in the floor.
Monolift MFT-A021 is a brilliant tool for exercises with an axis on the back, when you don't have to step out of the cage (in the case of using regular holders). The genius of the monolift lies in the movable arm with counterweight. When the axis is lifted from the holder, the arm swings back towards the structure, and the exerciser thus has enough space to perform the exercise. After placing the shaft back in the holder, the monolift arm will drop to its original position. Assembly is performed by inserting the pin into the stand and turning the stopper to the functional position, which results in fixation. This method is maximally safe and enables quick relocation, height change, or removal of the adapter. Delivery includes 2 pieces of MFT-A021 adapters.
