Young plants 20 to 25 cm in size are harvested, as they show the highest content of active ingredients in this initial phase of growth. Pressing and drying takes place at a temperature of up to 35°C, which means that all valuable vitamins and enzymes remain intact. This results in a 100% pure and unpasteurized powder. Keep the powder completely dry, at room temperature and in the dark. The expiration date is 3 years. We recommend taking it in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed, in the case of the powder package, always mix a teaspoon of the extract in 2 dcl of water (max. temperature 35°C), in the case of the tablet package, the recommended dosage for men is around 5 grams (12-13 tablets), for women about 4 grams (dark stools – undigested chlorophyll is an indicator of the correct dosage).
